By creating an account or using Clipfarm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Clipfarm. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Clipfarm turns a video link into short-form clips for you to post. Output, processing time, and features may change as we improve the product.

Don't use Clipfarm to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, spam, or abuse the service (including excessive automated requests or attempts to circumvent usage limits). We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

You're responsible for the source links and files you submit. You must own the rights to that content, or have permission to use it, before submitting it to Clipfarm.

Clipfarm doesn't review source material for copyright or licensing issues before processing. If a rights holder makes a valid claim against content you submitted, you're responsible for it — not Clipfarm.

Paid plans renew automatically on the billing cycle you chose at signup, until you cancel. Prices may change with advance notice.

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. We can suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms or misusing the service.

Clipfarm is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee any specific earnings, views, or platform performance from clips you post.

To the extent permitted by law, Clipfarm isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Clipfarm after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
