How it works

Three steps, same unique clips the dashboard makes.

1

Connect the server

Add Snazo to your MCP client with one config entry and your Snazo key. Takes a minute.

2

Ask in plain words

“Turn this YouTube link into 10 shorts, under 60 seconds, captions in Spanish.” Your agent calls Snazo with the right settings.

3

Get clips in the chat

Clips land back in the conversation with titles, virality scores and download links — ready to post or hand to the next tool.

Everything Snazo does, as tools your agent can call.

The MCP server exposes the same pipeline the dashboard runs — clip selection, reframing, captions, uniqueness — as plain tools.

clip_video

Any YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Kick, Vimeo, Drive or direct link in, a project out. Length, ratio, language and caption template are arguments.

get_clips & list_projects

Poll a project or list recent ones. Every clip comes with a title, virality score, duration and download URL.

Unique by default

Each clip is reframed, re-captioned and re-paced so it posts as new content — the reason Snazo accounts don't get flagged.

Captions in 37 languages

Word-accurate captions in the source language or translated, with the same caption templates as the dashboard.

Chain it with other tools

Let the agent clip, then write the hooks, schedule posts or drop files into Drive — Snazo is one tool in the chain.

Your credits, your plan

Clips made through MCP use the credits of the Snazo account the key belongs to. No separate billing.

Who this is for

Clippers on autopilot

Run your whole clipping routine from one chat: paste five links before bed, wake up to 50 clips sorted by score.

Agencies

One agent, many clients. Clip every client's new upload the moment it lands, name files their way, push them to shared folders.

Builders

Give your own agent or workflow a clipping tool without touching a video pipeline. Snazo handles download, cut, captions, uniqueness.

Questions, answered

What is MCP?+
Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT call external tools. Snazo MCP is a server that exposes Snazo's clipping as such tools, so you can use it in plain language from the assistant you already use.
Which clients are supported?+
Anything that speaks MCP: Claude Desktop and Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT and custom agents built on the MCP SDKs. Setup is one config entry with your Snazo key.
Are the clips the same as in the dashboard?+
Yes. The server calls the same pipeline — automatic moment selection, vertical reframing, captions and uniqueness treatment — so clips made from chat are identical to clips made from the dashboard.
How is it billed?+
Clips made through MCP use the credits of your Snazo plan, exactly like the dashboard. Early-access users get a free allowance to test with.
Can I try it for free?+
Yes. Snazo MCP is in early access — leave your details and we'll set you up with a free allowance and the setup guide.
